The Colour Wheel Series pt. 1.

This was submitted to the JaguarXRCA Awards, and I was honoured to have been chosen as one of the five Award winners. Inspired by the creative philosophy 'Copy Nothing', championed by William Lyons, the founder of Jaguar, these works, are the start in my responses to investigations in and pushing theories around the interactions of colour, as researched by Josef Albers.  These prints play with the layering of colours on paper and how they work with each other using collagraph and other intaglio techniques as opposed to screenprint used by Albers. Each are an edition of 20.
